From Chaos to System
Previously, my content creation process was chaotic. Ideas came randomly, execution depended on mood, and the results were inconsistent.
The Problem
- 70% of time spent on non-creative tasks
- Ideas lost because there was no capture system
- Inconsistent quality and posting schedules
The Solution: Content Production Pipeline
I built a pipeline consisting of 5 stages:
Stage 1: Idea Capture & Validation — Notion database for all ideas with a scoring system.
Stage 2: Batch Scripting — Dedicate 1 day to writing all scripts for the following week.
Stage 3: Batch Production — 1 day shooting = 5-7 pieces of content.
Stage 4: Editing & Scheduling — Editing templates for consistency.
Stage 5: Performance Review — Weekly analytics review.
The Results
- Output: from 3 pieces/week → 10 pieces/week
- Production time per content: down 60%
- Consistency rate: from 40% → 95%
P.S. Also learn the fundamental difference between a basic posting calendar and an execution pipeline in our breakdown of content system vs content calendar.
